Co-living is a way of renting that is focused on community and convenience. Live as part of a community, sharing inspiring and thoughtfully designed spaces with the comfort of being able to retreat to your own furnished private apartment at the end of the day. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is included in one monthly bill; rent, internet, all utilities and taxes so you can do the living and leave the rest to us.

Co-living is for anyone who is ready to embrace a more connected way of living; someone who wants to be part of something through the place they call home. Diverse individuals of different ages, cultures, genders and languages, can come together to form their own community in which they live, work, play and connect.

You can submit a rental request by clicking rent now and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your options, based on your budget, preferred floor plan, and apartment availability. A short rental application will then be required in addition with your supporting documentation (photo ID).

There are 45 rooms at The Tide, spread across the 3 floors, with 9 room variations, providing several options based on your budget and room preference. View the room types here.

The all-in-one monthly bill covers your rent, utility bills, wifi, access to shared spaces and our on-site team to help make your experience the best it can be. View the extensive list of inclusions here.

The rooms vary in size and orientation. Some have garden views, some have ocean views, some have kitchens, some have spas and some have showers. View the room types here, or if you prefer give us a call with your budget and preferences and we will help you find the right room.

We offer flexible lease terms starting from 1 month. For more information on availability, please visit our booking form.

Your rent can be paid automatically each month via direct debit. This will be set up when you sign your rental agreement.

All rooms are furnished with a queen size bed, table and chairs, bedside tables with lamps, a sofa, and a few other comforts. A resident’s pack with towels and linen can also be purchased from the manager.

Feel free to make yourself at home but please don’t hammer anything into the walls. Any damage to the rooms will come out of your deposit when you leave.

No, it is your responsibility to keep your room clean, however you do have the option to pay for your room to be cleaned. All the common spaces are cleaned daily. Cleaning options and bookings can be made through our on-site team.

With our great shared zones at The Tide we love when residents share experiences and all our areas are available for you to host planned events for other residents of The Tide. Please speak to our on-site team and they will be happy to help. We have a specific Facebook group which residents are encouraged to join to organise events and keep up with Tide news.
